● The shell of the heater could be consist of aluminum, brass, ceramic, stainless steel.
1. Aluminium shell or pipe, it is not good in resistance to corosion.
Nickel plating or etching ground coating could be bet ter in resistance to corosion.
2. Brass shell or pipe, it is good in resistance to corosion. But it costs higher.
3. Ceramic shell, it’s good in resistance to corosion.
But its heating power could not be very large.
4. Stainless steel shell or pipe, it is very excellence for preventing corrosion, and meets food safe standard.
But it costs higher and has bigger bulk.
● Notice:
1. Applied votage could be 12~36V, 100~380V.
2. The length could be selected by customer between some range, larger power could be made with longer tube.
3. The fixing connectted screw or flange, could be consist of brass, aluminum or stanless steel. The shape could be sel ected by customer.
4. The surface temperature without water, could be between 80~260°C, the higher is this temperature, the larger is the power.
5. The stable temperature of water could be affectted by the power of PTC, cubage of water, the shape and material of container, heating dispersion, vaporation of water.
6. For preventing corrosion, the surface can be nickel plating, etching ground coating.
